Last year, my little boy decided he wanted to play basketball with his friends in the Preston City league games. He had his form all filled out and then at the last moment, I decided that I would coach his team. I thought this was going to be easy and that we would have a winning season, I was wrong. I had forgotten that 4th and 5th grade boys love chaos in their games. As a coach, I did my very best to instill learning and discipline at every practice, but all I get from them is complaining and whining. For new internet marketers who are just getting into the game of affiliate marketing, you may not realize this, but sooner or later, chaos will creep in and wreak havoc on your marketing career if you do not have a game (business) plan. 3. You become restless because you are not seeing any results that come from your hard work.
These are some red flags that you need to be aware of because you will get that urge to pull out that wallet and start buying every single software that is out there. Pretty soon, your online business is in chaos, which will lead to an early termination in your marketing career.
It is now in the middle of the basketball season and I am starting to see some results. Each practice, my players are starting to see that basketball is not a "jail break" game, but it is actually about discipline, learning, and having a game plan in place. This is how they will win. It will not be an easy road, believe me, there have been times when I wanted to pull out my hair because these young players would not listen. After much hard work, they are finally starting to listen.
For new affiliate marketers, you will need to:
1. Have patience.
2. Setup a budget of how much you are going to spend each month on you business and stick to it. Do not deviate or you will find yourself in financial trouble.
3. Be determined to keep working on your business everyday.
4. If you are the type of person who is low on funds, use free methods to obtain traffic to your website: Write articles, create online videos, and write blogs
