Almost every company on the internet offers an affiliate program. The company authorises its affiliates to promote the company's products and the affiliates can earn a commission on each product they sell. The company saves money on advertising and the affiliates can promote as many products as they want. It's a win-win!
The key to earn a full-time income as an affiliate is to find programs that allow you to earn $1,000+ in commission for each sale (e.g. "High-ticket").
If you do the maths it's easy to see how High-Tickets are the way to go. Earning $1,000 per sale will allow you to earn $5,000-10,000 per month with 5-10 sales. It would take you 50-100 sales to reach the same figure selling products that only earn you $100 per sale!

Passive Income is an income received on a regular basis, which requires little or no effort to be maintained. While High-Ticket commissions will account for the majority of your earnings as an affiliate, passive income will allow you to have a certain stability, knowing that whether you're working or not, money is still entering into your bank account.
Memberships are the most common type of passive income. Most of the products I promote as an affiliate include a membership. They are very popular as most people who are trying to achieve a goal (e.g. lose weight, quit smoking, make money online), understand that an ongoing support is necessary in order to achieve their goals.
Even if I refer only 10 people a month to a particular membership, by the end of the year I will have 120 referrals and assuming a $20 commission per referral, (which is average) in the following year I will have a passive income of 120x$20=$2400 per month! Which is not too shabby considering that I won't need to move a finger to earn it!

As a person and as an entrepreneur it's extremely important to find mentors that have already been through what you are going through. Someone who can shed some light on the path ahead and instruct you on what choices to make and which mistakes to avoid. It will still be difficult to reach your goals but finding the right mentors can help achieve them sooner!
